CVE-2026-15378 is a vulnerability in the guardrails-detectors component of Red Hat OpenShift AI. The flaw can be triggered remotely by submitting a specially crafted XML Schema Definition (XSD) string, causing the component to perform blind server-side requests to attacker-influenced targets. In addition to SSRF behavior, the issue can be leveraged to access local files, expanding impact beyond network-reachable internal services. Successful exploitation can expose sensitive information from cloud metadata services, the Kubernetes API, internal object storage services, and other internal network endpoints, as well as locally accessible secrets such as service account tokens and pod secrets.
